I have 20 years of experience as a world-travelled performer, educator, and recording artist. Originally I am from Los Angeles, but I am now based in the greater London area in Leigh On Sea.

DRUM TEACHER
Over the last 20 years I've taught thousands of students, both in public education (classes of 20 - 30), and taught hundreds of private students. I was also hired by the GRAMMY's to help launch GRAMMY Camp, an immersive summer music experience for kids, aged 14 - 19 in Los Angeles.
Schools I've taught at are Beverly Hills Highschool, Irvine Highschool, El Rancho Highschool, and several others around Los Angeles and Orange County. Some of my students have went onto prestigious music schools including USC and UCLA. I also taught for Recreational Music Center in San Diego as the lead drum instructor and Director of Bands.
Entrepreneur
Matt is Co-Founder of Maestro Music based in San Diego California. Maestro Music is a registered 501(c) nonprofit organization enriching music education for grades TK - 6th grade.
Since its inception in 2019 Maestro Music has helped reinvigorate music programs across Southern California that either lost funding or were eradicated completely. It has served over 9,000 students across 6 school districts, 79 concert productions, and over 20 school sites.
Matt is passionate about shaping the next generation of music education and music students interested in the arts.
